  -- This review is only for the service center. I have heard good things about the dealership side of this business --
  
  First impressions were not good. If your staff don't enjoy their jobs your customers will know very quickly. After a longer than desirable wait I was served and car booked. The day of the service came and I dropped the car off fairly hassle free and picked it up in the afternoon to find it parked in. After they moved some cars about I was able to leave but they knew I was coming, so this was poor form.
  
  Second time visiting and the lady in front of me waited a long time despite us being the only 2 customers and 3 staff behind the desk. (I understand the tech playing on his phone doesn't count but again poor form). Finally after getting served I was told I would need to book my car in for what is literally a 10 second job which many other people report they can do at the dealership on the spot.
  
  So I give up, I'll go to another dealership even if it means more travel time.
